Core Training Values

What every program is built on

Ethics First

Every clinical decision grounded in the highest standards of ethical practice: not fear, not habit.

Practical Guidance

Training translates into real-world action: practical tools providers can use immediately.

Life-Saving Purpose

Everything we do serves one goal: equipping providers to protect the lives of clients in their care.

Our Framework

The Shared Compass Framework™

A suicide prevention and intervention training series built for behavioral health providers and care managers. Training moves through three tiers, and across all three the aim stays the same: the compass points the way, and it points together, so that every provider brings both sound clinical judgment and genuine relational presence to the people in their care.
